Ron Tonkin Toyota has been my dealership since 2006 (they've now sold me two cars and done a lot of maintenance on three vehicles). They are fantastic. Justin Lemons sold me a Prius Prime this week. I bought a brand new 2024 Tundra from here. Within the first 200 miles the transmission was making a weird noise. I took it in within a week of ownership. My Tech Advisor Jackson Tran was incredibly helpful with all of this and even brought the truck out to my house in Oregon City on Saturday so I could leave on a road trip the next morning. After googling conflicting info on hybrids, I had questions and concerns. Salesperson Jonah Jean at Ron Tonkin Toyota answered my many questions patiently and thoroughly, putting my mind at ease. He’s super nice and comfortable to work with, and he kept in touch afterwards to make sure everything was going well. Scheduled a diagnostics visit to check brakes on my Highlander Hybrid. The service associate who worked with me, Ravi Kim, was very helpful - we discussed my concerns, and decided on a timeline for potential repairs. Ravi followed up with my later that day to discuss findings (brakes and rotors needed replacement, as I suspected) and texted me the link to the online estimate so work could be started. My car was ready before noon the following day, all repairs were completed as promised.

Revi was extremely professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Exceeded expectations on the time of service promised. I highly recommend him!!!

I love how my service advisor kept me updated through the whole process by text. You’re greeted with a warm welcome. They show you exactly what they’re doing from start to finish. They’re also quick. Jonah Jean was a pleasure to work with. From the moment, I reached out to him on the ‘24 Prius, he was quick to respond and never overbearing. When he didn’t have an answer, he researched and followed up quickly. Kept us up to speed on our car’s build, recall remedy and delivery. The car was ready for us way sooner than expected. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with him again on another car purchase when that time comes.

Everyone through the entire buying process was easy to work with. Nathan went above and beyond with his customer service. His communication was excellent as I was an out of state buyer.
