I took my truck in for regular maintenance before a long road trip. The technician found a problem that required immediate repairs to avoid running into problems with my planned trip. All of this was done quickly, well-communicated, and with minimal stress. Mekonnen Wossene was my service advisor and he was prompt, helpful, and easy to work with. He made what could have been really bad news into an easy morning and a short repair back in time for my road trip!

A huge shout out to Ravi Kim! I pulled up with a flat tire 5 minutes past close, and went to the service door hoping someone could help me. He opened the door, and I showed him my tire situation. He told me he wouldn't let me go home with a flat tire, and even though they were closed, he swapped my tire for my spare, and got me scheduled for an appointment on Monday morning. I went into the service shop for a recall on a battery part on my 2014 RAV4. I went to Subaru two months ago and the staff there were rude and they kept selling me insurance. I told them my English was not good but they didn't slow down. Gideon was a very nice guy and he used a translation app to talk to me when he felt I didn't understand him. It made my car buying experience very good.

I really felt heard and cared for while looking for my next car. Vanissa Thepsouvanh was supportive and got me in to test drive a vehicle quickly. When my perfect car arrived, she arranged for me to be the first one to test drive it. She has good knowledge of hybrids and I highly recommend this company and especially Vanissa!

Brian was really helpful, explained all my finance options and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. I got a fair price on my trade and am really pleased with my new Tacoma. Had such a great experience working with Max here from the get go that I actually got my deposit at a competitively-priced local Toyota dealer back and deposited it here. Max was communicative, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. No pressure, even when asking to remove certain dealer added accessories. They were attentive to my changing needs (I changed my down payment 3 times) each time gracefully. Noe went out of his way to locate a truck in the color I wanted, which happened to be at a different dealership some distance away.
