We were clear about not wanting any dealer add ons and he presented them, but didn’t push us at all and helped us stick to our budget expectations unlike other dealerships. 5 stars from start to finish. Looking for a Sienna and they had one coming in the configuration and color wanted. Mathew NC in sales helped me out and reserved one for me. Kept me updated on the status regularly. In picking up the Sienna, Mathew was very knowledgeable not just about the Sienna and its features but all the Toyota vehicles I inquired about while there. This dealership and staff made this transaction super easy on a harder to acquire vehicle. Would definitely not hesitate to buy another vehicle from here and Mathew.

After having bad experiences at a couple of different dealerships, I was expecting the same from Ron Tonkin. However, I am happy to say they proved me wrong. Jenni was very friendly and helpful. She made the process of buying a car easy and a lot less stressful than it’s been in the past.
